Infrastructure & Facilities

We have established a state-of-the-art infrastructure, wherein all our trade activities are executed in an orderly manner. The infrastructure of our organisation is equipped with all the high-tech machines and advanced technology that are required in the manufacturing process. Highly experienced and qualified professionals are appointed by us who dexterously manage this facility. Besides, in order to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and hassle-free working, we have divided our infrastructure into various units like manufacturing, quality testing and warehousing & packaging. Moreover, our manufacturing plant has job handling capacity from few grammes to 150 kgs. as a single piece of grey cast iron castings and ductile iron castings. Also, we are working hard to improve the capacity up to 300 kgs in future.

We have set up a capacious warehousing unit at our premises for safe and systematic storage of our entire range. In order to store products of different categories separately, this unit is labelled into various sub-sections. A trained and experienced team of warehousing professionals is appointed by us to maintain our warehouse. These experts also keep a close tab on all the incomings and outgoings consignments. Owing to the good connectivity of this unit with various shipment modes, our organisation is able to provide timely delivery of consignments. Apart from this, we have constructed a well-equipped packaging unit where all our products are properly packaged by an experienced team of packaging experts. These experts use the strong, qualitative and tamper-proof material in the packaging process to ensure safe transit of the orders.
